What is Ordly?
Ordly is a modular organisation system made up of trays and components that work together to keep everyday items in place.
You can use a single piece on its own or combine multiple pieces to create a layout that suits your space.
Where can I use Ordly?
Ordly is designed for everyday surfaces where small items tend to collect, including:
- Desks and workspaces
- Dressing tables
- Bedside tables
- Hall tables and entryways
- Creative benches and studios
If things tend to gather there, Ordly will likely help.
Do I need to buy a full set?
Not at all.
You can start with a single piece, a few trays, or one of our pre-made sets.
Everything is designed to work together, so you can build your setup over time.
Products
What are Ordly pieces made from?
All Ordly pieces are made from PLA with a matte finish.
The surface is soft, non-glossy and designed to feel calm and understated on your space.
How do I clean them?
Simply wipe clean with a damp cloth.
Ordly pieces are not dishwasher safe.
Will the colour match exactly?
We aim for consistency across all products, but slight colour variation may occur between batches due to the nature of the material.
This is normal and part of the finish.
Can I rearrange pieces once I’ve set them up?
Yes.
That’s the idea.
All pieces are designed to be moved, adjusted and reconfigured as your needs change.
Orders
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes, we ship across Australia.
Do you ship Internationally?
Unfortunately, at this stage we only ship to Australian addresses.
How much is shipping?
- Standard shipping: $15
- Express shipping: $24
- Free standard shipping on orders over $120
Shipping costs are shown clearly at checkout.
How long does dispatch take?
While we do hold some stock ready to ship out, generally products are made to order and can take a few days to send out. We appreciate your patience during this time. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been sent.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We offer change-of-mind returns in line with our returns policy. Items must be unused and in original condition. Please refer to our Returns page for full details.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
If your item arrives damaged or has a fault, please contact us with photos and your order details.
We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.
What are my rights as a customer?
Under Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product has a major fault.
Ordly honours all obligations under consumer guarantees.

Product Use
Can I use Ordly outside?
Ordly is designed for indoor use on everyday surfaces.
Will you be releasing new products?
Yes. The system is designed to grow over time.
New pieces and variations may be added as we develop the range further.
Corporate & Bulk Orders
Do you offer corporate or bulk orders?
Yes.
We can assist with larger orders for offices, events or gifting.
Options like custom colours or branding may be available in the future.
